Theodore and Susan (Gillmeister) Bigalke Family (1940's)
Bigalke, Gillmeister and related families
Welcome to the Bigalke.biz/susanchapman website.
My name is Susan Chapman, and this website contains my dad's genealogy from Portage County, Wisconsin, USA. There are links on the right to my mom and husband's genealogies. I have been working on the family history for many years, collecting family history memorabilia since my childhood. This website is my way of sharing my research with family and friends. My parents are Chester Bigalke and Lorraine Vopalensky. My great-grandfather, Anton Bigalke immigrated to Portage County, Wisconsin in 1872 from Fanianowo, Dzwierszno Wielke, Kr Wirsitz, Poland (Germany). I visited Fanianowo, Dzwierszno Wielke, Tuszkowy, Lipusz and Lesno in 1998.
This website is currently under construction. I will add links to this page, the family tree, and documents; as I have time. Thank you for your patience.
